In the Training Programs app there are multiple programs you can choose from. All you have to do is input your maxes and the program will fill out a routine for you. There are many selections from the popular routine of 5/3/1 to the intense popular program of Smolov. As this is a new app on the market I would like suggestions to improve the application.
